Our Services

Auto AC Repair

Acura climate control should stay cold when summer humidity hits. We trace refrigerant leaks and repair or replace compressors, condensers and evaporators, then recharge the system to Acura specification. Acura climate systems are compact, so a proper leak test beats a quick recharge.

Auto Elctrical Repair

Our technicians track down dead batteries, weak alternators, failing starters and wiring or sensor problems on your Acura. That includes infotainment glitches and parasitic battery drain.

Brake Repair

Pads, rotors, calipers and brake fluid all get a careful look so your Acura brakes quietly and stops with confidence. A Maintenance Minder B service includes a brake inspection, and we handle that too.

Cooling System Repair

A cooling system pressure test on your Acura finds weak hoses, radiators, thermostats and water pumps before they cause overheating. Older Acura V6 engines often have the timing belt and water pump replaced together.

Engine Repair

Whether it is an oil leak, a misfire or a worn engine, we pinpoint the problem and repair your Acura engine the right way. We also handle timing belt and water pump service on older Acura V6 engines.

Fleet Maintenance

Keep your company vehicles working with scheduled service, fast turnaround and organized records for each vehicle. Acura sedans and SUVs make great company vehicles, and we keep them dependable.

Fuel System Repair

A hard start, stumble or drop in mileage often traces to a worn fuel pump, restricted filter or dirty injectors. We test the fuel system on your Acura and fix what is failing. Clean fuel delivery keeps Acura engines smooth and efficient.

Oil Change

We fill your Acura with the oil grade it needs, install a new filter and clear the service reminder. We reset the Maintenance Minder so your next service reminder is accurate.

Power Steering Repair

A groan when you turn the wheel, a stiff feel or a fluid leak points to a power steering problem. We repair pumps, racks, hoses and electric assist systems on your Acura. Acura steering should feel precise, and we restore that feel.

Pre-Purchase Inspection

Before you sign for a used Acura, let us check the engine, transmission, brakes, suspension and electronics so you can buy with confidence. That is especially valuable on a used TL, MDX or TSX with unknown history.

Suspension Repair

Worn struts, shocks, control arms, bushings and ball joints get replaced so your Acura rides smoothly and stays composed through turns. This restores the sharp handling Acura drivers expect.

Tire Shop

Our tire shop sells, mounts and balances tires, rotates them on schedule and patches flats for your Acura. We help you choose tires that suit your Acura and your driving.

Transmission Repair

From fluid service to harsh shifts, slipping and full replacements, we diagnose and repair transmissions. That includes the automatics used in many MDX and TL models.

Tune Up

A tune up brings back lost power and fuel economy. We replace spark plugs, filters and other wear items on your Acura. Many Acura V6 models also call for valve clearance inspection at this service.

Wheel Alignment

One hard pothole can pull your alignment out of spec. We set your Acura to factory specification so tires wear evenly and the car tracks straight. This also helps your Acura AWD system work as designed.

Acura Preventative Maintenance Schedule

Most modern Acura models use the Maintenance Minder system instead of a fixed mileage chart. The dash display shows a main service code, A or B, and sometimes one or more subcodes. Exact items vary by model and year, so always confirm against your owner's manual. The list below covers what the codes typically mean.

Code What it typically covers
A Engine oil replacement
B Oil and filter replacement plus inspection of brakes, suspension, steering, driveshaft boots, fluid levels, exhaust and fuel lines
1 Tire rotation
2 Engine air filter and cabin dust and pollen filter replacement, plus drive belt inspection
3 Transmission fluid replacement
4 Spark plugs, plus timing belt and water pump on equipped engines, and valve clearance inspection
5 Engine coolant replacement
6 Rear differential fluid replacement on applicable AWD models

Once the work is complete, the Maintenance Minder must be reset so it keeps counting accurately. We do that at every visit. If your display shows five percent oil life or less, service is due now.

OEM and Aftermarket Parts for Your Acura

Acura engineering is tightly tied to Honda, so many parts come from the same trusted manufacturers whether they are sold in an Acura box or not. We source OEM parts when a repair calls for exact factory fit, such as sensors, electronic modules and transmission components, and we are upfront about when that makes sense.

For wear items like brake pads, filters, belts and batteries, high quality aftermarket parts from respected brands often match or exceed OEM performance at a lower cost. We explain your options, show you the price difference and let you choose.

Our Technicians and Your Acura

Our technicians are ASE certified and our facility holds the ASE Blue Seal of Excellence, which recognizes shops where a high share of the staff is certified. They work on Acura models every week and keep up with the diagnostic tools and procedures newer vehicles require.

Your Acura Warranty Is Safe With Us

Many owners worry that servicing an Acura outside the dealership will void the warranty. Under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, that is not the case. A manufacturer cannot deny warranty coverage just because you used an independent shop or non-OEM parts, unless that work or those parts actually caused the failure. We keep detailed records of every visit, so you have proof your Acura was maintained on schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What does the Maintenance Minder code on my Acura mean?

The letter and numbers show which services your Acura needs based on how you drive. A means an oil change, B adds a filter and a round of inspections, and the numbers add items like tire rotation, filters, fluids and spark plugs. We can read the code and handle everything it lists.

  • Can I get my Acura serviced here without voiding the warranty?

Signs of electrical problems in your vehicle may include dim or flickering dashboard lights, difficulty starting the engine, malfunctioning accessories (e.g., radio or power windows), and a battery warning light on the dashboard. If you experience any of these issues, it's advisable to have your vehicle inspected by a professional. The electrical system is responsible for powering the ignition system, lighting, and various electronic components within the vehicle. Electrical system failures can significantly impact engine performance and fuel efficiency.

  • How often should the timing belt be replaced on an older Acura V6?

Many older Acura V6 engines use a timing belt that needs replacement at a set mileage or age, often along with the water pump. Your owner's manual gives the exact interval for your model, and we can inspect the belt and quote the job before it becomes an expensive failure.

  • Why does my Acura battery keep dying?

Common causes include an aging battery, a weak alternator or a parasitic drain from an electronic module or accessory. Our electrical diagnostics find the source so you are not just replacing batteries.
