I don't know who to trust, but Interstate have ensured me that most of their parts are original even with a year or two warranty. However, I ended up paying too much for everything! I researched few parts at AutoZone and O'Reilly for the original parts, it turns out Interstate have overcharged me more than double the price for parts. I am kind of mad at myself because my friend has warned me to check prices but I allow this to happen. At the same time, I am disappointed because to me honesty is the key to gain trust and grow business. Just beware, don't let them rush you into making a bad decision.

Interstate Auto Care has been an important part of keeping our shop vehicles maintained. Not only are Bill and Joe a pleasure to work with, it is reassuring to be able to call and know we will be taken care in every way possible. Their team is polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for more!

Very friendly service. They clearly explained what was causing the issue and answered all of my questions. The waiting room is very clean and comfortable as well. They take great care of their customers!

I was very impressed with Bill and his crew, most places try to sell you on what you need. They did not do that, they were very thorough and walked me through exactly what was wrong with my car. And they were generous enough to lend me a loaner car well mine was getting worked on. I will never go back to my old shop, and I would recommend Interstate Auto to all of my friends and family. They're honest and very kind.

I would highly recommend Interstate if you are looking for an honest mechanic. It seems that if you are a person who owns a car, you have probably had a costly repair and later had a problem or found out you didn't even need the repair. For example I took my car in because of some front end problems. i was told at Savaya that I needed struts but he didn't have time to do them so I bought the struts and took them to Western Auto services. After putting the struts on, the owner tells me " there's your old struts, there's nothing wrong with them." After paying him $200 labor also, that cost me an unnecessary $550. When I asked him for a receipt, he said, " Why, I don't guarantee work." Recently, I had another costly repair, $600 for a fuel pump replacement. The day after I picked up my car from Skinny's Auto Repair, the car wouldn't start and the owner insisted I bring it in for a crankshaft sensor without even a look at the fuel pump he just put in. He is a very rude man who hung up my me when I tried to get some answers from him. I'm not sure at this point that he even did the repair. I took the car to Interstate for a diagnostic and found a whole different problem, something obviously missed by Skinny's. That's why it is so refreshing to have met Bill. He takes the time to explain things, is very polite and seems to really care about satisfying the customer,. He has changed my attitude about auto repair shops. If you find one you can trust, just stick with them!
