We were very satisfied with the service and hospitality we received. With no choice but to be towed to Interstate, we were grateful that we were not talked into a bunch of services that were not needed. Although it is a few miles from home we will definitely use Interstate again for repairs on our vehicles.

The best customer service experience from any auto shop I’ve ever worked with in the past. Frankly better customer service than most businesses in general. Really like these guys. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our experience was top notch and Bill kept me informed of the status of our vehicle and did an excellent diagnosis. He is so informative, provided clear explanation and delivered on everything as promised. I appreciate the loaner vehicle as well so I could drop my car on way to work and not be delayed. Great experience!

Not many places will show you your bad car part vs the good one you are about to get put in. Not many places will tell you" you are doing okay without getting a new(whatever it may be) for now". And not many places are as friendly as the crew that is here. Joe told me what the car part does, how it works, and gave me a piece of mind that my car is doing okay for now. I have told more than a few people about this place. I will give a 5-star rating for my service.

Overall I was satisfied with the work and the timely fashion it was performed in. But I do believe some of the parts were priced too high.

Hi Denise, thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback, as we really appreciate it. Just curious what you mean by " parts were too high". As I'm sure that you're aware that parts pricing is directly related to parts quality, would you have been open to us recommending a lower quality part for a lower price? If so, then please mention that during your next service visit and we would be happy to do so. Fair warning though- Cheaper parts don't usually make for very happy customers.
