Interstate Autocare truly goes beyond and above in their customer service. Last year I got a car accident and had to bring my car to their shop for fixings. At that time, there was some disagreement between my insurance and their shop, so I had to pay some money out of my pocket for the repair.
9 months later (this was delayed due to me having an unrelated injury), I contact my insurance about the out of pocket amount I had to pay. Interstates Autor Care shop owner helped me explain the billing to my insurance and helped me some refund back. They are under no obligation to do so, yet they truly deliver their best in helping me with this. The facts that the shop values customer experience over money make them a true gem in this business.
