Todd said they did the work they were supposed to do. He let them know when he planned to pick up the vehicle but it was still in the bay when he arrived. It was an inconvenience but not a big problem.

Tracy said the last couple of times he brought his vehicle in for service the representatives told him what was wrong with his vehicle. They told him what he wanted to hear, the truth about the service visit. They did not give him unnecessary recommended services like other businesses do.
